The best way to start is with our 7-day free trial or our 2 weeks for trial. Come meet the coaches, try the workouts, and see if it’s the right fit for you.
Nope! Our workouts are designed for all fitness levels. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, our coaches scale everything to meet you where you’re at.
We offer several membership options starting at 9/month. You can choose from our 12, 6, 3 or month to month options. All come with unlimited access, anytime Inbody Testing, amazing coaches and an awesome Member Tee.
Every session combines full body strength training and conditioning in a group format. We rotate training focuses weekly to keep things fresh and build a well-rounded base of fitness.
Our group classes typically range from 10–20 people. You’ll get the energy of a group with plenty of individual coaching and attention. We do not place caps on classes and manage a comfortable flow in our space.
Yes! We offer small group strength training (1–4 people) for those who want more individualized programming focused on hypertrophy, strength, or power. These options are aside from the Larger Group Classes. Inquire with a coach if interested.
Members typically see noticeable improvements in strength, energy, and confidence within the first 4–6 weeks. Many also report better sleep, mood, and consistency with workouts.
Just athletic wear, water, and a great attitude! We provide all equipment and coaching.
We are located on Kreinhop Rd/Ella Blvd in a newly built facility. We sit right behind the J&J Nursery and Fire Station, right up the street from Klein Collins. This allows us to be positioned for convenience to our Tomball, Spring, The Woodlands/Creekside and Klein members.
We track attendance and check-ins through our MRT Optimal Fitness app. Your coaches will help guide progress and performance over time.
You can register by clicking in the top right hand corner of our website. Once you’re registered, you’ll be able to book classes easily through our app or member portal. We do encourage booking, however, it is not required.
