MEMBERSHIPS

How do I cancel my membership? 

To initiate membership termination, kindly contact our staff through email at info@mrtoptimalfitness.com. Upon completion of your membership terms, it will automatically transition to a month-to-month renewal until cancellation is requested. A 30-day notice is required after fulfilling the agreement. Should cancellation transpire prior to the agreement’s fulfillment, a $300 cancellation fee will be incurred.

How do I freeze my membership?

To initiate the freeze of your account, please reach out to a member of our staff at info@mrtoptimalfitness.com. We would like to remind you that our 12-month subscription plan includes two account freezes, while our 6-month plan includes one. Unfortunately, our 3-month subscription does not offer a freeze option. Each freeze period may extend up to 30 days. Should you opt to cancel the freeze before the 30-day period elapses, please notify a staff member promptly.

How do I upgrade my membership? 

To upgrade your MRT membership, kindly contact one of our staff members via email at info@mrtoptimalfitness.com. Upgrading to a new membership necessitates the cancellation of your current membership agreement and the subsequent signing of a new agreement tailored to the upgraded membership. The new membership will become effective upon the execution of the updated membership agreement.

What is included with my membership?

Your membership entails unrestricted participation in our diverse range of group fitness classes, along with a complimentary body composition scan to establish your current baseline. Additionally, our membership package offers referral incentives—earn $20 off your monthly payment for each new person you refer. Who do I contact for questions regarding billing?

For any inquiries regarding billing, please contact a staff member via email at info@mrtoptimalfitness.com. Additionally, you can update your billing information and make payments by accessing your account or using the mobile app.

How do I book a class? 

To book a class login online or through the mobile app. Remember it is possible to book more than one class at a time. See our schedule HERE

How do I cancel a booked class if I’m unable to attend?

In the event that you’re unable to attend a scheduled class, please log in to our website at mrtoptimalfitness.com or use your mobile app to cancel your booked session. Navigate to the specific day and class time of your reservation, then click on the booking icon and proceed to cancel the reservation.

GROUP CLASS 

What should I bring? 

All members are required to bring water and a sweat towel to their scheduled class session.

What should I wear? 

All members should dress appropriately for their group class. Tee shirt and athletic shoes are required.

What time should I arrive?

Members should arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled class time.

What if I am running late? 

We require all members to be on time for their scheduled classes. In the event that you are running a few minutes behind you will still be permitted to join your scheduled class.

What if I have a young child with me? 

For safety considerations, children are not allowed in the workout area. Regrettably, we do not currently provide daycare services.

Who will be running the classes? 

Our group fitness classes will be led and facilitated by a certified personal trainer.

What kind of equipment can I expect to use? 

Our members can anticipate learning the use of a diverse array of equipment, including barbells, dumbbells, resistance bands, slam balls, Assault bikes, row erg, ski erg, sleds, and jump ropes.

What can I expect from this workout? 

Our workouts encompass comprehensive full-body training, combining both strength and cardiovascular exercises. Our fitness program is designed to accommodate individuals of all fitness levels.

How long is each workout last? 

Our group fitness classes are 60 minutes long.

What if I have any limitations to working out?

At our fitness center, we tailor our programs to accommodate various limitations or restrictions our clients may have. We’re committed to working closely with you to ensure that everyone gets a safe and effective workout.
